We are two digital nomadic nerds who are exploring the US on a long term roadtrip. In June of 2022 we put our house up for sale, put our belongings in storage and set out for adventure. We love exploring nature, National Parks, and seeking out the obscure. Nicki has Celiac disease, an auto immune disease which requires a strict gluten free diet. Due to this we have additional hurdles in our travels, but we enjoy seeking out new gluten free finds.
